1. Booking Confirmation
– All reservations are confirmed upon payment of 100% of the total stay. The booking is only considered valid after payment is received or confirmed through the booking platform.

2. Cancellation Policy
– Non-Refundable Rate – no changes or refunds allowed.
– Flexible Rate – cancellations up to 3 days before the arrival date: full refund.
– Flexible Rate – cancellations less than 3 days before arrival or no-shows: the full amount of the stay will be charged.

3. Check-in and Check-out
– Check-in is completed exclusively online via the link sent by email.
– Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: until 11:00 AM.
– Late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Payments and Taxes
– Rates include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
– The Municipal Tourist Tax of Évora (€1.50 per person/night, up to 3 nights) is not included in the rate and will be charged at the time of booking.
– We accept payment by credit card.
– A pre-authorization on the provided credit card may be required.

5. Number of Guests and Visitors
– Each accommodation unit has a defined maximum capacity. Additional guests or unregistered visitors must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges.

6. Children and Extra Beds
– Children are welcome. Extra beds or baby cots are not available at this time.

7. Pets
– Pets are not allowed, except in exceptional cases and only with prior written approval.

8. Restrictions
– Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or common areas. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard.
– Commercial photo and video shoots require prior authorization.

9. Noise and Behaviour
– Please avoid excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Inappropriate behaviour may lead to the termination of your stay.

10. Cleaning and Maintenance
– Daily cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days or upon request.

11. Damages and Responsibility
– Any damages will be charged. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

12. Internet and Coverage
– Free Wi-Fi with strong coverage in all areas. Stable mobile network throughout the property.

13. Technical Adjustments or Closures
– We reserve the right to reallocate bookings to an equivalent or superior unit in exceptional cases.

14. Privacy and Personal Data
– Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.patiodotempo.com/politicadeprivacidade)

15. Complaints and Complaint Book

16. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
– Jurisdiction: Évora court.
